True professional and excellent work!
Brad from Norton Plumbing was awesome. He found the issue and recommended permanent fix. Was able to replace water heater at ease. Professional and maintains time. I had another issue with rusted washer hose. Took care of this problem as well. Gets the parts and provides correct recommendation without rip off. Great service and reliable. Marine Corps veteran. Would use him any time!

A++++++++
Brad and his team from Norton plumbing are absolutely the best! I called about commode issues (after normal working hours), and he was willing to come and check on it immediately! They came back and analyzed our septic tank, realized it had major problems, and helped us hook up to city plumbing. Fast, efficient, polite, and VERY reasonable price! They went way above and beyond what we expected from a plumbing company!

A job well done
He provided quick and efficient service. He responded to my call in a timely manner and made an appointment for the very next morning. He came exactly when he said he would and quickly solved the problem. He gave me help with another issue at no cost. He was pleasant to work with and the cost was more than fair. I have no complaints.

Plumbing Inspection
I was very satisfied with the service I received from Brad with Norton Plumbing. I needed an inspection done on an old, fixer-upper house and needed clarification on what, if anything, was currently wrong, an idea of how long the problems had been occurring, and the estimated costs of fixing them. I contacted the company through Home Advisor and Brad responded via email within a day. I was able to contact him via text message and also phone calls. All three methods of contact were responded to immediately. He made himself available to me at my convenience and was out to my house just before the time agreed upon. He listened to my problems and concerns and set about addressing them right away. Each time I spoke or asked a question, he stopped and listened without interruption and answered in terms I could understand. He inspected many more areas than just the ones I pointed out as a potential problem, which he was under no obligation to do. He even addressed questions I had about other plumbing related issues that I hadn’t thought of until after he was there. I am typically a very anxious and nervous person but at all points of contact (email, text, phone, and in person) he left me feeling completely comfortable. A very friendly, respectful, and professional person. I was provided with a full, written report with clear photos of any areas of interest. I received that report within the day. I had also asked to have a very specific issue addressed and acknowledged in that report, which he remembered and made sure to include. The cost of my inspection was surprisingly affordable as were the estimates for future work. He managed to make a situation I thought was going to be a catastrophe into a “no-problem” one. That alone was well worth the cost. I can’t think of anything I could ask him to do better. Perhaps, eventually having a way to finance the more costly issues would be beneficial. That may allow people to enter into a work agreement more quickly rather than having to save for the work first. That’s probably the only suggestion I could make. All-in-all I am satisfied (and relieved) that I chose Norton Plumbing for the inspection and will be calling them for future work.
