In years past, a handshake was as good as a signed contract. Those days may be gone, but Norton Plumbing is bringing good ethics and decency back to the business world. Our aim is to be known as the honest plumbing company.

Some Plumbers land jobs by quoting and pricing extremely low to get their foot in the door and then adding on “extra costs” after they are already doing the job. We are tired of the long time stigma of Plumbers being the “Scam Artists” of the skilled trade world. Norton Plumbing will NOT use this “bait and switch” tactic. Nor will we ever push to sell you anything that you do not need. We will give you the cost of the job up front, and unless we tell you there is a chance it can be more, that cost is final.

 

Licensed Techs

All of our techs are licensed by the state of Georgia, as required by law. Some companies ignore these laws which are designed to protect customers. Our goal is for all of our work to be beyond reproach.

Quality guaranteed

We take pride in our work and all of our work carries at least a one year warranty on labor.

The materials purchased for the job will not be “Contractor’s Grade” (unless requested by the customer). These materials are built to lower standards and are meant to be used in commercial facilities with maintenance staff. Other companies may choose to use poor quality materials in private homes in order to operate at a lower cost, but they sacrifice quality.
